One of our tutors, and they teach that year and that level. Chisom teaches the group classes himself; the one to one work is taken by the team, which is what lets us cover every year rather than only Leaving Cert Higher.
We refund the first session in full. No forms and no argument. If it is the tutor rather than the method, they move to another one instead, which costs you nothing either way.
